  2. My subject matter (ironically) combined best with a blitz, so I have two prompts at once today ;) https://unassortedstories.wordpress.com/2017/10/26/tired-am-eye/

    1. Ehm, I don't consider this one over 18, please let me know if any of you has a different take on that.

    2. I'd say there isn't anything really explicit, just a few sentences that are on the edge. I agree with it not being over 18. Well done.

  4. I love travelling to the hills as well as beaches. While surfing through the archives, came across this calming picture of a beach where we had visited a couple of years ago. The pattern of waves falling against the shore encouraged me to develop a Cascade .

So, my entry for today as well as yesterday:

  13. Posting for Sudha Reddy:

Sanity and insanity is a jagged line in the mind
Which side it falls depends on how much is on our mind plate
Lives are lived, constantly on the go between to do lists
Lives are lived, constantly balancing the mind between sanity and insanity

Life is a challenge balancing how much is on the mind plate
Life is a challenge balancing, between too much or too little
Sanity and insanity is a jagged line in the mind
Which side it falls depends on how we balance our life

    MIND CASCADING

Rapid fire mind when the mind plate is overflowing
Meditative calm mind, figures out how much and what stays and to let go the rest
Perked up pranayama ( breathing tech) trained mind , gets energy to do things
Cascading mind keeps the fine line between sanity and insanity

When the adrenaline is being pushed
When the mind is on the go multitasking
When the mind signals RED to stop or pause
Rapid firing mind is at work on an overflowing plate

When the mind is at ease
When the mind has time to rewind
When the mind can do wonders
THe meditative calm mind can decide what to let go off the plate

When there is clarity of thought
When the creativity is soaring high
The alert mind is the one which helps clear the plate
The perked up alert mind from the pranayama, will help clear the clutter

Mind cascades from one form to the other
    Merging boundaries marveled
    Making mysterious entries and exits
Cascading mind keeps the fine line between sanity and insanity 😊💕🙏sr
