All too often, we approach creativity with our heads and our thoughts tend to complicate things. If we could shift from our head to our hearts, you may find your creativity flowing like a river and maybe with more of us coming from our hearts, the world might look a little brighter.

Poetry Prompts:
Shifting from your head to your heart. Write for five minutes focusing on your head, your thoughts. Then write for five minutes focusing on your heart, your feelings. Did you notice a difference? What does that look and feel like to shift from your head to your heart? Shift again and be silly with it, humor always lightens things up. Remember to keep your heart in your creativity and everything you do.
Word Prompts:
Thoughts
feelings
heartfelt
practical
whimsical
Poetry Type:
Or
Music and Dance:
Feel the fun they had playing this music, move your body, and let it help you move from your head space to your heart space.

Well, the prompt took me to an interesting place, that was a touch darker and definitely a couple shades creepier than before. I thought I had it, but then it kept changing and changing.
